  Came on a recommendation from a friend and really wanted to live the restaurant, located in downtown Hartford, used the valet parking since I'm not familiar with the city, it's not free built convenient.
  
  Restaurant has a nice setup, bar to the right and seating to the left, rest rooms are a little weird because you need to sort of exit the restaurant to get to them bit nice and clean.
  
  Hostess was great, got seated without reservation in no time, waitress seemed a bit burned out but was pleasant, polite and efficient.  
  
  Ordered the salmon deviled eggs which were very salty, ordered a Ceaser salad but it never came but that was okay, I probably over ordered though I had to have them remove it from the bill.  Entree was the New York strip, cooked properly but tougher than I expected
  
  Drinks were spot on, great martini and perfect glass of cab.  Overall it was nice but not special for me this visit though I would repeat.

  Went here for lunch with a group of coworkers and was very frustrated by our experience. The food was delicious, but the service was appalling. We sat outside and were told our server would be with us shortly. Ten minutes later, our server comes by, brings us water and walks away. Didn't introduce himself or anything. Fifteen minutes later, he comes by to take our food order, only after someone from our table went in and asked the hostess to send our server out so we could order.
  
  45 minutes go by and there is no sign of our waiter and no sign of our food. I went in to the restaurant this time to ask for an update, and they finally brought the food out. Tyler, our server, didn't bring out the food himself, but other employees from the kitchen did. We had finished our meal and still no sign of our server. He didn't come by at all to ask if we needed anything or find out if we were enjoying our meal. I had to go into the restaurant to ask for our checks. 5 minutes later, he brought the checks out and almost walked away without giving us pens to sign the checks until I asked him for one.
  
  Again, the food was really good, but the customer service was beyond subpar that I will hesitate going back here. After hearing good things about this restaurant, I was really disappointed by our experience today.

  There aren't many decent restaurants in Hartford, so TK stands out more than it would against stiffer competition. But, with that said, you can only play who is on your schedule and TK has done a nice job with its exposure.
  
  You can go here for a nice dinner or happy hour cocktails. I typically get small plates and sides, but they have some nice entree options.  This isn't my favorite Max Restaurant but it's still pretty good.

  A very nice evening with our family.  TK accommodated a party of 10 with a reservation.  The service and entire staff, including valet, was fantastic.  Rachel was our waitress and was awesome.  The appetizers and food were perfect, not one person was disappointed! From burger to salmon to salad, everyone enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere!  TK has never disappointed! Keep up the great work!

  Went here with quite large party - 9 people for lunch.  The food was okay but the service was a little weak.
  
  Our waiter seemed like he didn't have a lot of patience.  We felt a little rushed.  It took a while to get our food, but again we were a large party.
  
  The menu looked full, with many offerings.  We were there for business so we went there on the recommendation of one of our hosts.  I'm sure that they are normally better.  I would like to return some day and dine with a smaller group.
